Bumely turns your raw video into a vertical video that is ready to post: pauses out, subtitles word by word, on to Buffer. Here is exactly what happens along the way.
01Subtitles
Word-by-word subtitles
Bumely transcribes every word of your video and shows it exactly when you say it. Three words per line, with the spoken word highlighted, just like you know it from TikTok and Reels. No typing, no manual timing.
You choose one of four looks (Bumely, Kräftig, Schlicht or Eigener). With Eigener you pick one of 23 subtitle fonts, all under the OFL license. Confirm once, then Bumely renders.

With Eigener you choose your font yourself. There are 23 subtitle fonts to choose from, all under the SIL Open Font License, including for commercial use.

02Pauses
Pauses out
Bumely finds every pause of a third of a second or longer in the audio track and cuts it out, leaving a little room around it so no word gets clipped. You upload the raw video, Bumely does the cutting.
It cuts pauses, not content: no scene selection, no effects, no music.

03Many videos
Many videos at once
Select several raw videos at once. They are compressed in the browser, upload in the background and are processed one after another. You confirm the look, Bumely renders.
On the free plan, Bumely processes up to 3 videos per calendar day.
04Posting
For TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Bumely is built for vertical video. With one click the finished videos go to your Buffer account and from there to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, scheduled if you like: one per day from tomorrow at 6 pm.
You connect Buffer once with your own account. Without Buffer it works via ZIP or QR code.
05Languages
Five languages
The Bumely interface is available in German, English, Spanish, French and Turkish. So is this website.
Subtitles come out in the language spoken in the video.

06Cost
How much does Bumely cost?
Bumely is currently free. On the free plan you can process up to 3 videos per calendar day. A paid plan with more videos is planned.
All you need is an account with your email address. No download, everything runs in the browser. You must be at least 16 years old.
07Data
Servers in Frankfurt. Deleted after 7 days.

- Your videos are stored on our server in Frankfurt am Main.
- Deletion
- They are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Speech recognition
- For the subtitles, only the audio track goes to Groq (USA), and for the suggested post text also the text from it. Both only after you have agreed.
- AI training
- Groq may not use your data to train AI.
- This website
- No cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no fonts from Google.

What Bumely does not do
Bumely is not an editing app with a timeline, effects or templates. It cuts pauses, not content: no scene selection, no music.
