Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026. The provider is tayger, owner Tayger Galster, Regensburger Straße 138, 90478 Nürnberg, Germany (see the Legal notice).

This version applies to new accounts from 6 October 2026. For existing accounts, it applies once we have notified you under Section 8 and you have agreed to it in the Studio, at the latest before you connect TikTok, Instagram or YouTube directly; until then, the version of 3 October 2026 applies. What changed: the description of publishing to your accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube instead of only through Buffer (Section 1), the statement on age (Section 2), the reasons for changes to the service (Sections 3 and 8), the right to send your video to the platform you choose or to your Buffer account (Section 4), the new Section 5 on publishing to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (the following sections are therefore numbered 6 to 11), the list of services and platforms (Section 7) and the language clause (Section 11). 1. What Bumely is

Bumely is a web studio at studio.bumely.com. You upload vertical videos, Bumely cuts out pauses, creates subtitles and returns the finished videos for you to download, to share to your phone, or to publish on your own accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We are introducing the direct connection to these platforms step by step; until a platform is enabled for your account, publishing goes through Buffer (see Section 5). Processing is automatic; you check the result yourself before you publish it. Bumely does not publish anything on its own. Through Buffer, you choose the videos, the channels and the schedule and start the scheduling in the Studio; only then does Bumely hand the videos to Buffer. With the direct connection, you explicitly confirm every publication (see Section 5).

For the subtitles, the audio track of your video goes to an AI speech recognition service (Groq). Before your first upload, the Studio asks you whether you agree; without your consent it cannot create subtitles. An AI suggests the post text (a language model that runs via Groq). Check it before posting; you decide whether and when it is published.

2. Account

To use the Studio you need an account with your email address. You must be at least 16 years old, and you confirm this when you create your account by continuing after the notice below the button, whether with an email address, Google or Apple; if you are under 18, you confirm that your parents agree. If you have set a password, keep it secret, and tell us if you suspect misuse. An account is personal and not transferable.

3. Free tier and limits

Bumely is currently free of charge. On the free plan you can process up to 3 videos per calendar day. We may change this limit and the features for a valid reason. A paid plan with more videos is planned; it will be offered and accepted separately, with its own price and cancellation terms and information on your right of withdrawal.

4. Your content

The videos, texts and subtitles remain yours. You grant us only the right to store and process them, as far as this is necessary for the service. You also allow us to send your video and your post text to the platform you select for publishing, or to your Buffer account, and only for that purpose. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload and that no third-party rights are infringed. We process music and other media files only if you hold the licence for them.

Content is not allowed if it is unlawful, harms third parties or breaks the rules of the platforms on which you publish it (see Section 5). If you break these rules, we may remove content and suspend the account.

If you use Bumely for your business, we process the videos on your behalf. We are preparing a template for the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR); if you need it, write to us at info@bumely.com.

5. Publishing to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

Bumely can publish your finished videos on your own accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We are introducing the direct connection step by step. Until a platform is enabled for your account, publishing goes through Buffer: Bumely then hands the video to your Buffer account on your instruction, and Buffer publishes it (see Section 7). The Studio shows you which platforms you can connect directly at the point where you connect an account.

Your account, your decision

You connect only your own accounts. Through Buffer, you choose the videos, the channels and the schedule and start the scheduling in the Studio; only then does Bumely hand the videos to your Buffer account. With the direct connection, you decide for each video whether, when and with what post text it is published, and you explicitly confirm every publication. Without this confirmation Bumely publishes nothing through the direct connection. Where a platform allows scheduling and you have confirmed the scheduled publication, your confirmation applies to exactly that publication. Where a platform requires you to confirm at the time of posting, for example TikTok, you confirm then. With your confirmation you instruct Bumely to pass the video, the post text and your settings to the platform for you. Bumely acts only on your instruction. You make any declarations to the platform yourself, for example about music or commercial content.

Platform rules

The terms and rules of the respective platform also apply to your posts: for TikTok, the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines; for Instagram, Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines; for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. You are responsible for complying with them. This includes the rights to music and to all other content, the labelling of advertising and paid partnerships (commercial content) and the age limits of the platforms. For TikTok this also concerns the Music Usage Confirmation and, if you label advertising, the Branded Content Policy. Bumely does not check this for you.

What applies to each platform

Limits and waiting times

The platforms decide what can be published and how. Review phases, volume limits, changes to their interfaces and outages at the platforms can delay or restrict publishing. With the direct connection, posts stay private, for example on TikTok and on YouTube, as long as the platform has not yet approved Bumely’s connection. Through Buffer this does not apply: Buffer publishes your posts as normal posts on your channels, on YouTube as a public video. We cannot guarantee that a platform accepts a post, publishes it or keeps it visible. A platform may reject, restrict or remove posts and suspend accounts; we have no influence on this.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect any connected account at any time, in the Studio or at the platform itself in its settings for connected apps. How to do this and what then happens to your data with us is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not delete posts that are already published on a platform. You delete those posts at the platform yourself. They also remain there if you disconnect an account or delete your Bumely account.

No affiliation with the platforms

Bumely is an independent product of tayger and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok, Meta Platforms, Instagram, Google or YouTube. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Storage period and deletion

We automatically delete uploaded and finished videos from our server 7 days after upload. Download finished videos in good time. You can delete your account yourself at any time in the Studio under “Account”; this removes your data from our systems, apart from backups and logs, for which the Privacy Policy sets its own periods.

7. Third-party services

For hosting, sign-in, email delivery, bot protection, error analysis, speech recognition and posting we use services of other providers (Hostinger, Supabase, Google, Apple, Resend, Cloudflare, Sentry, Groq, Buffer), and for notifications the push services of Apple, Google, Mozilla and Microsoft. Which providers these are and how they process data is described in the Privacy Policy. For Buffer you need your own account; Buffer’s terms apply there.

In addition there are the platforms that you connect yourself for publishing: TikTok, Meta (Instagram) and Google (YouTube). They are not service providers that we engage, but services that you use. For these you need your own account with the respective platform; your own contract with it applies, that is, its terms and its privacy policy (see Section 5).

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, disruptions at third-party providers or security incidents may restrict the service temporarily. We may develop the service further and change or discontinue features if there is a valid reason, for example changes at the platforms, security reasons or legal requirements. We will tell you in advance about material restrictions. We will tell you about material changes to these terms by email at least six weeks in advance. They take effect only when you agree to them in the Studio. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. We do not guarantee that automatically generated subtitles and cuts are free of errors; check the result before you publish it.

10. Termination

You can delete your account in the Studio at any time. We may suspend or delete an account for breaches of these terms; for a breach that is not serious, we first ask you to remedy it.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
